The Story Behind the Track Production
The past couple of years have brought significant life shifts and unforeseen challenges. It was tough—letting go of certain relationships, including a fiancée struggling with substance issues, while building new connections. A Stellar Stream refers to a globular cluster or dwarf galaxy disrupted and elongated along its orbital path. This metaphor captured my experiences over the last eight years. Now, joining Armada—the world’s largest independent music label—fills me with immense gratitude! Special thanks to Ørjan Nilsen as well!
‘Skyscraper’ earned the title ‘Best of the Best of 2015’ from Flashover Recordings and achieved ‘top release’ status in the label’s history. It ranked in the top 10 tracks of the month by Ferry Corsten (plus top 3 of the week) and climbed to the top 100 on Beatport. Backing came from artists like Paul van Dyk, W&W, Ferry Corsten, Blasterjaxx, Mark Sherry, Gareth Emery, Pedro Del Mar, and others. “I’m thrilled to be part of Armada Music and Ørjan Nilsen’s In My Opinion label now.”

For years, I’ve journeyed to Amsterdam as a dedicated fan. My passion for Trance and EDM quickly evolved beyond fandom. I matured alongside many industry figures. January 2013: Bruce Cullen’s ’1492′ [Black Hole Recordings] peaks at 14th. In early 2012, Bruce submits his debut track “Princess Bay” to Tiesto’s Black Hole Recordings under In Trance We Trust. Though In Search of Sunrise tried to include it, Black Hole signed it immediately for a November 2012 release. His second track, “Rum Runners,” was quickly picked up by High Contrast Recordings for October 2012.
